It’s about the children…
Many children who struggle in school lose the confidence and desire to succeed. A Teacher’s Helping Hand model is based on sound academic research and provides the individualized attention each child deserves and needs to be successful. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards of conduct and performance as we operate within the framework of all federal, state, and local laws.

"Every child in America deserves a high-quality education. No Child Left Behind, the historic education law, provides for the extra help students need to do well in school."
- U.S. Department of Education

What are SES Services?
A Teacher’s Helping Hand provides educational services that support your child's efforts to succeed in school. Each student works in a small group of 3-5 while a tutor provides support and instruction. The learning experience is interactive and engaging - it holds a child's attention! Each student is an active participant in his/her learning journey 100% of the time. Students at A Teacher’s Helping Hand get all the attention they need by the same tutor every session. Tutoring is provided after dismissal at your child's school twice a week for 1 1/2 hour sessions. Our educational services are also provided at other educational centers and local public libraries that are located in across Polk and Hardee counties for our residents.
